1. Fill in the redemption form and fax it to 6453-7215.
2. Please allow 7 working days for the processing of redemption request.
3. HGC customer service officers will contact you to confirm your redemption request and advise on     the collection of gift vouchers.
4. Gift vouchers will be mailed to requestor address.

Terms & Conditions

• Redemption is based on nett purchases.
• Redemption of vouchers can only be made AFTER FULL PAYMENT is received within 35 days of    invoice date.
• Accumulated purchases must be made from 1st December 2007 to 31st December 2008.
• Festive Hampers and Valentine purchases are not entitled for redemption.
• Last date for redemption is 31st December 2008 otherwise any unused invoices will be treated as    invalid.
• All vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
• HGC will not accept any liability for vouchers misplaced, lost in mail or claim by other persons.
• Need to produce an authorize letter if collection of vouchers by other person.
• There will be a surcharge of $6 for each delivery request.
• The use of vouchers are governed by the terms and conditions stipulated on the vouchers.
• HGC reserve the right to remove the rewards program or change any of the participating merchants    without prior notice.
• HGC reserve the right to replace any vouchers with another of equivalent value depending on    availability.
